Jerry Groce became the Executive Director of Easterseals of Northwest Alabama in May 2020. Prior to joining Easterseals he worked as a Regional Manager and County Director for the Alabama Department of Human Resources. He is a former City Councilman (16 years) and member of the School Board (20 years) for the City of Russellville, current member of the Board of Directors for the Northwest Alabama Council of Local Governments (NACOLG), Member of the Executive Business Council of the UNA School of Business and a 2018 graduate of Leadership Alabama. He and his wife of forty-three (43) years, the former Benetia Buckner, live in Russellville and have two children; Evan (35) and Alayna (32).
