We are seeking a reliable teammate for a Manufacturing-Production position located in Florence, AL. The position is 2nd shift (10 hours) 8:00pm to 6:00am Monday-Thursday with occasional mandatory overtime. Starting pay is $14.00/hr. with a $1500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Ability to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled setting and lifting up to 40+lbs repetitively is required. You must be able to follow an attendance policy, have reliable transportation and good communication skills. Steel toe boots/shoes are also required. 
 **Please also be aware that there is a 2-part interview process.**

Experience Requirements:
 -Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial work preferred
 -Prior experience working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
 -Familiarity with production quotas or daily output goals preferred
 -Experience following safety procedures and workplace rules
 -Attendance reliability in previous roles is strongly preferred
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40+ lbs repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift
-Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
-Strong attendance and punctuality
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-Good communication skills with supervisors and teammates
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Basic attention to detail and quality awareness
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
-Willingness to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots/shoes
