We are seeking a detail-oriented, guest focused Bell Captain to join our Front Office team. The Bell Captain plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this leadership position, you'll oversee and guide a dedicated team of bellmen, ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure, directly contributing to guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to exceptional service will create lasting impressions for our guests. 

As a Bell Captain, your key responsibilities will include:

• Guest Service Excellence: Lead and supervise the team to ensure prompt, exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Team Leadership & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards of service and performance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure smooth guest service and promptly address any concerns.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee Bell Stand organization, manage supplies, and ensure equipment maintenance while participating in daily meetings.
• Personalized Guest Service: Build strong relationships with guests, providing tailored service to enhance their stay.
