The Anderson College of Nursing & Health Professions at the University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of Clinical Placement Coordinator in the Department of Nursing & Health Professions – Graduate Programs. This position is responsible for assisting the graduate department chair with securing and managing clinical placements of graduate students and ensuring that placements meet educational requirements and regulatory standards. This role involves communication with clinical partners, faculty, staff, and students. It also includes maintaining documentation and records related to clinical placement, as well as tracking experiential learning and certification rates. Additionally, this position assists faculty and administration with verification of preceptor credentials and ensures student are compliant and approved to start clinical courses.
Minimum qualifications for this position include: bachelor’s degree is required and three years of related experience is preferred.
